After many concerts, tours, and recordings in France and throughout Europe, Michelle has returned to her native United States. In 2018, Ms. Giglio performed live with the Sarasota Ballet at the Joyce Theatre in New York City and at the Sarasota Opera House. The New York Times stated that Ms. Giglio “sang with beauty and eloquence”. In 2013, she was named a semi-finalist in the Concert Artists Guild Victor Elmaleh Young Artists Competition in New York City. Michelle has sung numerous local concerts with the Sarasota Orchestra, Gloria Musicae, Key Chorale, Artist Series of Sarasota, Anna Maria Orchestra & Chorus and the Sarasota Ballet. In November 2019, Michelle performed as part of the “Chopin Project” with the Artist Series Concerts of Sarasota.

In France Ms. Giglio performed with both the Orchestre National and the Orchestre Philharmonique in addition to frequent live appearances on France Musique (classical music station). Recordings include: “Iphigénie en Taurride” by Gluck with Les Musiciens du Louvre/ Orchestre Chambre de Grenoble on the Deutsche Grammophon label, “Chichester Psalms” on the Erato label with the Orchestre Philharmonique de France. Ms. Giglio also performed on Celine Dion’s album“S’il suffisait d’aimer”, Sony records as well as in William Klein’s film “ Messiah”.

Lee Dougherty Ross debuted at age seventeen as apiano soloist with the Norfolk, Virginia SymphonyOrchestra and later performed theRachmaninoff 2nd Piano Concerto with the Eastman Rochester Symphony. She graduatedfrom Eastman School of Music with adouble major in both piano and voice with Distinction in each.Her singing career included solo concerts at Carnegie Hall,Alice Tully Hall and The Kennedy White House. She also sang on theBroadway stage in New York, in My Fair Lady. In London shesang at Queen Elizabeth Hall and many othercities in Europe. When Lee and her husbandJerold Ross moved to Sarasota in 1996 they founded what would soon become theArtist Series of Sarasota – now Artist SeriesConcerts of Sarasota.
